It's necessary for drivers of groups B and C to be minimum of 21 years old and to be in possesion of a valid driving licence for at least one year.

Minimum rental period of one day. Upon return of the car a delay of 1-3 hours will result in an extra days rental being charged, over 3 hours a full days rate will be calculated for every hour thereafter special prices can be requested for long term rental.

All traffic penalties incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the driver or persons hiring the car. In accordance with this, when the car is prevented from use by a traffic violation a charge will be made against the hirer

Payment can be made in cash, by credit card, travellers cheque(s) or eurocheque.

The leasee has also to hold a valid credit card and to accept  a credit card warranty (Visa, Mastercard, ETC..)

All vehicles are insured for collision. If an accident occurs for this insurance to remain valid, a traffic accident report and alchol report have to be arranged before the car is moved from the accident area.

The vehicle should not be driven at speeds above the legal limit or whilst the driver is under the influence of drugs or alchol.

Tyres, headlights or windscreen (front, rear or side) glass are not covered by standard insurance. to cover these items an additional insurance is available at a cost of 5 Euos per a day.

If an accident happens and the vehicle cannot be driven until after the hire period has expired that period will be charged at the daily hire rate.

The vehicle paperwork given at the time of rental must be paid for if lost or stolen.

Driver on request Toronto car rental will supply the vehicle with a driver at extra cost.
